దేశంలో కొత్తగా 2503 కరోనా కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. దీంతో మొత్తం కేసుల సంఖ్య 4,29,93,494కు చేరింది. ఇందులో 4,24,41,449 మంది బాధితులు కోలుకున్నారు. మరో 5,15,877 మంది మరణించగా, 36,168 మంది ఇంకా చికిత్స పొందుతున్నారు. కాగా, గత 24 గంటల్లో 4377 మంది వైరస్ నుంచి కోలుకోగా, 27 మంది మృతిచెందారని కేంద్ర ఆరోగ్యశాఖ మంత్రి వెల్లడించింది.

ఇక కరోనా కేసులు తగ్గుతుండటంతో రోజువారీ పాజిటివిటీ రేటు కూడా తగ్గిపోయింది. ప్రస్తుతం రోజువారీ కరోనా పాజిటివిటీ రేటు 0.47 శాతంగా ఉన్నదని, మొత్తం కేసుల్లో యాక్టివ్ కేసులు 0.08 శాతం మాత్రమేనని వెల్లడించింది. రికవరీ రేటు 98.72 శాతమని తెలిపింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పటివరకు 77.90 కోట్ల మందికి కరోనా టెస్టులు చేశామని, నిన్న ఒక్కరోజే 5,32,232 మందికి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించామని ఆరోగ్యశాఖ చెప్పింది. అదేవిధంగా 1,79,91,57,486 వ్యాక్సిన్ డోసులను పంపిణీ చేశామని వెల్లడించింది.
