కర్ణాటకలో IPS vs IAS వార్ ముదిరి సంగతి విదితమే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఇద్దరికీ కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం షాక్ ఇచ్చింది. రూపా, సింధూరిలను బదిలీ చేస్తున్నట్టుగా కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.ప్రస్తుతానికి రూపకు, రోహిణి సింధూరికి ప్రభుత్వం ఎలాంటి పోస్టింగ్ ఇవ్వలేదు.ఐఏఎస్ అధికారిణి రోహిణి సింధూరి ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్ర ఎండోమెంట్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కమిషనర్గా (Commissioner of the Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowment Department) బాధ్యతలు నిర్వర్తిస్తుండగా.. ఆ స్థానంలో ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి హెచ్ బసవరాజేంద్రను నియమించింది.
మరోవైపు రూప.. కర్ణాటక హ్యాండీక్రాఫ్ట్స్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ ఎండీగా (Managing Director of the Karnataka Handicrafts Development Corporation) పని చేస్తుండగా.. ఆ స్థానంలో ఐఏఎస్ అధికారిణి డి భారతిని నియమిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. తక్షణమే ఈ నియామకాలు అమల్లోకి వస్తాయని తెలిపింది.
