Illegal Mining Case: మనీలాండరింగ్ కేసులో సీఎం హేమంత్ సోరెన్కు ఈడీ నోటీసులు, విచారణకు హాజరుకావాలని ఆదేశాలు
అక్రమ మైనింగ్ కుంభకోణానికి సంబంధించిన మనీలాండరింగ్ కేసులో జార్ఖండ్ సీఎం హేమంత్ సోరెన్కు కేంద్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థ ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ (ఈడీ) నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది.రాంచీలోని కార్యాలయం ముందు గురువారం(నవంబర్ 3) విచారణకు హాజరుకావాలని ఈడీ ఆదేశించింది.
అక్రమ మైనింగ్ కుంభకోణానికి సంబంధించిన మనీలాండరింగ్ కేసులో జార్ఖండ్ సీఎం హేమంత్ సోరెన్కు కేంద్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థ ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ (ఈడీ) నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది.రాంచీలోని కార్యాలయం ముందు గురువారం(నవంబర్ 3) విచారణకు హాజరుకావాలని ఈడీ ఆదేశించింది.
కాగా ఈ కేసులో ఇప్పటికే సోరెన్ సన్నిహితుడు పంకజ్ మిశ్రాతో మరో ఇద్దరిని ఈడీ అరెస్ట్ చేసింది. అక్రమ మైనింగ్కు సంబంధించి పంకజ్పై మార్చిలో మనీ లాండరింగ్ కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. అనంతరం గత జూలై 8న రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా 18 ప్రాంతాల్లో దాడులు నిర్వహించింది.
పంకజ్ మిశ్రా, అతని వ్యాపార భాగస్వాములకు చెందిన నివాసాలు, కార్యాలయాల్లో ఈడీ సోదాలు చేసింది. ఇప్పటి వరకు నిర్వహించిన తనిఖీల్లో రూ.42 కోట్ల నగదును అధికారులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. పంకజ్, ఇతరులపై నమోదైన కేసు ఆధారంగా ఈడీ మనీలాండరింగ్ దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించింది.విచారణ సందర్భంగా దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా మొత్తం ఈడీ 47 ప్రాంతాల్లో సోదాలు చేపట్టింది. ఈ సోదాల్లో రూ. 5.34 కోట్ల నగదు, రూ. 13.32 కోట్ల బ్యాంక్ బ్యాలెన్స్లను సీజ్ చేసింది.
