Ganesh Chaturthi 2022: కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు అర్థరాత్రి సంచలన తీర్పు, హుబ్బళ్లి-ధర్వాడ్లో ఉన్న ఈద్గా మైదానంలో గణేశ్ ఉత్సవాలకు అనుమతి
కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు మంగళవారం అర్ధరాత్రి తీర్పు సంచలన తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. హుబ్బళ్లి-ధర్వాడ్లో ఉన్న ఈద్గా (Eidgah) మైదానంలో గణేశ్ చతుర్థి ఉత్సవాలకు అనుమతించింది.నవరాత్రి వేడుకలు ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా నిర్వహించాలని సూచించింది.
హుబ్బళ్లి-ధర్వాడ్లో ఉన్న ఈద్గా (Eidgah) మైదానంలో గణేశ్ చతుర్థి ఉత్సవాలకు అనుమతిస్తూ మంగళవారం అర్ధరాత్రి కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు సంచలన తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. నవరాత్రి వేడుకలు ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా నిర్వహించాలని సూచించింది. ఎలాంటి అవాంఛనీయ ఘటనలు చోటుచేసుకోకుండా చూసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించింది.
హుబ్బళ్లీ ఈద్గా మైదానంలో గణేశుని వేడుకలు నిర్వహించడానికి నగర మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ అనుమతించారు. దీనికి వ్యతిరేకంగా అంజుమన్ ఈ ఇస్లామ్ సంస్థ హైకోర్టుకు వెళ్లింది. దీనిపై విచారణ చేపట్టిన జస్టిస్ అశోక్ ఎస్ కినాగి.. ఈద్గా ఆస్తి ధార్వాడ్ మున్సిపాలిటీకి చెందిందని, అంజుమన్-ఏ-ఇస్లాం సంవత్సరానికి ఒక్క రూపాయి రుసుముతో 999 సంవత్సరాల కాలానికి లీజుదారుగా మాత్రమే ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ స్థలంలో వినాయకుని వేడుకలు అనుమతిస్తూ.. పిటిషన్ను తిరస్కరించారు.
