శుక్రవారం, జనవరి 19, 2024న మహారాష్ట్రలోని షోలాపూర్ ప్రాంతంలో అమృత్ 2.0 పథకాన్ని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రారంభించారు. దేశంలోని అన్ని చట్టబద్ధమైన పట్టణాల్లోని అన్ని గృహాలకు ఫంక్షనల్ ట్యాప్ల ద్వారా నీటి సరఫరా, సెఫ్టిక్ ట్యాంకుల ద్వారా మురుగునీటిని తరలించడం వంటి కార్యక్రమాల కోసం అమృత్ 2.0 రూపొందించబడింది. ఈ ప్రాంతంలో జరిగిన బహిరంగ ర్యాలీలో కూడా ప్రధాని మోదీ ప్రసంగించారు
