విదేశాల్లో ఉన్న బంధువులు, స్నేహితులకు డబ్బులు పంపించే వారికి శుభవార్త. ఇంటర్నేషనల్ క్రెడిట్ కార్డ్స్ తో విదేశీ కరెన్సీతో నిర్వహించే లావాదేవీలను ఆర్బీఐ సరళీకృత చెల్లింపు పథకం (ఎల్ఆర్ఎస్) కిందకు తీసుకొస్తున్నట్టు కేంద్రం తెలిపింది.
Newdelhi, May 19: విదేశాల్లో ఉన్న బంధువులు, స్నేహితులకు డబ్బులు పంపించే (Money Transfer) వారికి శుభవార్త. ఇంటర్నేషనల్ క్రెడిట్ కార్డ్స్ (International Credit Cards) తో విదేశీ కరెన్సీతో నిర్వహించే లావాదేవీలను ఆర్బీఐ (RBI) సరళీకృత చెల్లింపు పథకం (ఎల్ఆర్ఎస్) (RBI's Remittance Scheme) కిందకు తీసుకొస్తున్నట్టు కేంద్రం తెలిపింది. దీంతో ఆర్బీఐ అనుమతి లేకుండా 2.50 లక్షల డాలర్ల వరకు నగదును పంపే వెసులుబాటు కలుగనుంది. అలాగే, ఎల్ఆర్ఎస్ పరిధిలోకి వచ్చే టూర్ ప్యాకేజీలు, ఫండ్స్ కు (విద్య, వైద్యం కాకుండా) టీసీఎస్ (ట్యాక్స్ కల్లెక్టే డ్ ఎట్ సోర్స్) కింద 20 శాతం రుసుము వసూలు చేయనున్నారు. ఇది జూలై 1 నుంచి అమల్లోకి రానున్నది.
