పంజాబ్లోని ఫజిల్కా జిల్లాలోని అంతర్జాతీయ సరిహద్దు వద్ద పాకిస్తాన్ స్మగ్లర్లతో కొద్దిసేపు జరిగిన ఎన్కౌంటర్ తర్వాత సరిహద్దు భద్రతా దళం (బిఎస్ఎఫ్) దళాలు సుమారు 25 కిలోల హెరాయిన్ను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నాయి. దట్టమైన పొగమంచును అవకాశంగా తీసుకుని పాకిస్తాన్ స్మగ్లర్లు అక్కడి నుంచి పారిపోయారు.
