నిందితుడు తన మేనల్లుడు వ్యవసాయ భూమి నుండి మట్టిని తొలగిస్తున్నాడని, దాని కోసం హమీద్గా గుర్తించబడిన బాధితుడు అతన్ని హెచ్చరించాడని నివేదికలు సూచిస్తున్నాయి.హమీద్ తన మామను హెచ్చరించడంతో నిందితుడు తన డబుల్ బ్యారెల్ రైఫిల్ తీసి వెంటనే మేనల్లుడి ప్రైవేట్ పార్టులో కాల్చాడు. బాధితుడు హమీద్ తీవ్రంగా గాయపడి ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్నాడు. ఘటనపై పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించారు.
