ఫిబ్రవరి 29, గురువారం నాడు బీహార్లోని అర్రా సివిల్ కోర్టు ప్రధాన గేటు వద్ద సాయుధ దుండగులు ఒక వ్యక్తిని కాల్చిచంపారు, అక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రజలలో భయాందోళనలు సృష్టించారు. గోపాల్ చౌదరి అనే బాధితుడు ఓ కేసులో విచారణ నిమిత్తం కోర్టుకు వచ్చారు. ఉదయం 11 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో చౌదరి కోర్టు ప్రాంగణంలోకి వస్తుండగా ఈ ఘటన జరిగింది. అతడి కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్న దుండగులు అతడిపై కాల్పులు జరిపి అక్కడి నుంచి పారిపోయారు. చౌదరికి బుల్లెట్ గాయాలు కాగా, చికిత్స నిమిత్తం సదర్ ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు. ఈ ఘటన అంతా సమీపంలోని సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలో రికార్డైంది. అర్రా కోర్టులో కాల్పులు జరిపిన వీడియో సోషల్ మీడియాలో ప్రత్యక్షమైంది.
