హిమాచల్ ని వరదలు ముంచెత్తిన సంగతి విదితమే. ఈ వరదల్లో జులై 6న చండీగఢ్ మనాలి హైవేలోని హనుమాన్ టెంపుల్ NH-3 సమీపంలో ముగ్గురు ప్రయాణికులతో ఉన్న కారు నదిలో పడిపోయింది. ముందుగా రక్షించబడిన వ్యక్తిని కులులో ఆసుపత్రిలో చేర్చారు.
