కరోనా కొత్త వేరియంట్ ఒమిక్రాన్ పాజిటివ్ కేసుల సంఖ్య 213కు పెరిగిందని ఆరోగ్యశాఖ తెలిపింది. ఢిల్లీలో 57, మహారాష్ట్రలో 54, తెలంగాణలో 24, కర్ణాటకలో 19, రాజస్థాన్లో 18, కేరళలో 15, గుజరాత్లో 14, కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతం జమ్మూకశ్మీర్లో 2, ఒడిశాలో 2, యూపీలో 2, ఏపీ, ఛండీగఢ్, లద్దాఖ్, తమిళనాడు, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్లో ఒక్కొక్కటి చొప్పున ఒమిక్రాన్ కేసులు నమోదైనట్లు వివరించింది.
దేశంలో గడిచిన 24 కొత్తగా 6,317 కొవిడ్ కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయని కేంద్ర కుటుంబ ఆరోగ్యమంత్రిత్వ శాఖ తెలిపింది. తాజాగా 6,906 మంది బాధితులు కోలుకున్నారని, వైరస్ బారినపడి 318 మంది బాధితులు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారని పేర్కొంది. తాజా కేసులతో దేశంలో మొత్తం పాజిటివ్ కేసుల సంఖ్య 3,47,58,481కు (Coronavirus in India) పెరగ్గా.. ఇందులో 3,42,01,966 మంది కోలుకున్నారు. కరోనావైరస్ బారినపడి మొత్తం 4,78,325 మంది ప్రస్తుతం దేశంలో 78,190 యాక్టివ్ కేసులున్నాయని చెప్పింది.
