విక్షిత్ భారత్ దార్శనికతను సాకారం చేసుకోవడానికి రాష్ట్రంలో అనేక అభివృద్ధి మరియు అభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడే సంస్కరణలు అవసరం. అందుకోసం వారికి మద్దతుగా 50 సంవత్సరాల వడ్డీ లేని రుణంగా రూ. 75,000 కోట్లు ఈ సంవత్సరం ప్రతిపాదించబడిందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు.
