అక్రమ సంబంధం పెట్టుకున్న భార్య.. భర్త నుంచి మెయింటెనెన్స్ కోరడం తగదు అని కర్నాటక హైకోర్టు(Karnataka High Court) పేర్కొన్నది. గృహ హింస చట్టం ప్రకారం తనకు భర్త నుంచి మెయింటెనెన్స్ ఇప్పించాలని భార్య పెట్టుకున్న పిటిషన్ ను జస్టిస్ రాజేంద్ర బాదామికర్ విచారించారు.

HC on Maintenance for Wife : అక్రమ సంబంధం పెట్టుకున్న భార్య.. భర్త నుంచి మెయింటెనెన్స్ కోరడం తగదు అని కర్నాటక హైకోర్టు(Karnataka High Court) పేర్కొన్నది. గృహ హింస చట్టం ప్రకారం తనకు భర్త నుంచి మెయింటెనెన్స్ ఇప్పించాలని భార్య పెట్టుకున్న పిటిషన్ ను జస్టిస్ రాజేంద్ర బాదామికర్ విచారించారు.ఈ సందర్భంగా ధర్మాసనం మహిళ వ్యక్తిత్వం నిజాయితీగా లేదని, ఆమె పక్కింటి వ్యక్తితో అక్రమ సంబంధం పెట్టుకుందని, అతనితోనే ఆమె ఉంటోందని కోర్టు తన తీర్పులో పేర్కొన్నది.మరో వ్యక్తితో వివాహేతర సంబంధం పెట్టుకున్న ఆమెకు మెయింటెనెన్స్ ఇవ్వలేమని కోర్టు చెప్పింది.
ఈ కేసులో భార్యకు మెయింటెనెన్స్ ఇవ్వాలని గతంలో మెజిస్ట్రేట్ ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది. ఆ ఆదేశాలను సవాల్ చేస్తూ భర్త కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాడు. మెజిస్ట్రేట్ ఆదేశాలను అదనపు సెషన్స్ జడ్జి కొట్టిపారేశారు. దీంతో మళ్లీ రివిజన్ పిటీషన్ వేసింది ఆ మహిళ. ఆ కేసులో హైకోర్టు తీర్పునిస్తూ.. అక్రమ సంబంధం పెట్టుకున్న మహిళకు మెయింటెనెన్స్ ఇవ్వలేమని తెలిపింది.
