షాకింగ్ సంఘటనలో, ముంబైలోని గోవాండిలోని మాన్‌ఖుర్డ్ ప్రాంతంలో 12 ఏళ్ల బాలుడిపై తాగిన వ్యక్తి దారుణ అత్యాచారానికి పాల్పడ్డాడు.ఈ సంఘటన సెప్టెంబర్ 2, సోమవారం సాయంత్రం జరిగింది. ఈ ఘటనకు సంబంధించి 22 ఏళ్ల యువకుడిని ముంబై పోలీసులు మంగళవారం సెప్టెంబర్ 3న అరెస్టు చేశారు. ప్రాణాలతో బయటపడిన మైనర్‌కు ప్రైవేట్ భాగాల నుండి రక్తస్రావం అవుతున్నట్లు పోలీసులకు కుటుంబ సభ్యులు సమాచారం అందించారు.  వీడియో ఇదిగో, బాలికపై అత్యాచారయత్నం చేసిన వ్యక్తిని స్థంభానికి కట్టేసి చితకబాదిన స్థానికులు
