Goods Train Seized: మూడు ఏనుగుల్ని చంపిందని గూడ్స్ రైలు సీజ్.. పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్లో అటవీ శాఖ అధికారులు వెల్లడి
మూడు ఏనుగులు చనిపోవడానికి కారణమైందని పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ అలీపూర్ దార్ జిల్లా అటవీ శాఖ అధికారులు సోమవారం ఓ గూడ్స్ రైలును సీజ్ చేశారు.
Newdelhi, Nov 28: మూడు ఏనుగులు (Elephants) చనిపోవడానికి కారణమైందని పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ (West Bengal) అలీపూర్ దార్ జిల్లా అటవీ శాఖ అధికారులు సోమవారం ఓ గూడ్స్ రైలును (Goods Train) సీజ్ చేశారు. రాజభట్ ఖావా అటవీ ప్రాంతంలో రైల్వే క్రాసింగ్ వద్ద ఏనుగులు రైలు పట్టాలు దాటుతుండగా ప్రమాదం జరిగిందని, ఈ ఘటనపై అటవీశాఖ అధికారులు చర్యలు చేపట్టినట్టు అలీపూర్దార్ జిల్లా అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ‘గూడ్స్ రైల్ను అటవీ శాఖ భౌతికంగా స్వాధీనం చేసుకోలేదు. సాంకేతికంగా రైలును సీజ్ చేశాం. దీనికి సంబంధించి పత్రాల్ని సిద్ధం చేశాం. ప్రస్తుతం రైలు ప్రమాద ఘటన వద్దే ఆగిపోయింది’ అని చీఫ్ వైల్డ్ లైఫ్ వార్డెన్ దేబల్ రాయ్ చెప్పారు.
3 elephants, including a calf, were k¡lled by a goods train near Buxa Tiger Reserve in West Bengal’s Alipurduar district today. The train was later seized by the DFO.
