మహిళల 75 కేజీల బాక్సింగ్‌ ఫైనల్లో చైనాకు చెందిన లి కియాన్ చేతిలో ఓడిపోయిన లోవ్లినా బోర్గోహైన్ రజత పతకంతో సరిపెట్టుకోవాల్సి వచ్చింది. సమ్మిట్ షో డౌన్‌లో ఆమె చైనీస్ ప్రత్యర్థి చేతిలో 0:5తో ఓడిపోయింది. అయినప్పటికీ ఆమె ఈ ఈవెంట్‌లో రజత పతకాన్ని కైవసం చేసుకుంది, ఇది భారతదేశం పెరుగుతున్న పతకాల సంఖ్యను జోడించింది. ఈ పతకం ఓవరాల్‌గా భారత్‌కు 74వ పతకం. బోర్గోహైన్ ఇంతకుముందు పారిస్ ఒలింపిక్స్ 2022లో పతకం సంపాదించింది.
