భద్రాద్రి కొత్తగూడెం జిల్లా చంద్రుగొండ మండలం బెండలపాడులో విషాదకర ఘటన చోటు చేసుకుంది. పుస్తకాలకు డబ్బులు ఇవ్వలేదని ఓ బాలుడు ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నాడు. బెండలపాడు గ్రామానికి చెందిన సుధీర్ బాబు(11) పుస్తకాల కోసం తన తల్లిదండ్రులను డబ్బులు అడిగాడు.
