"పిండం ఇప్పటికే 34 వారాల గర్భధారణకు చేరుకుంది. ఇప్పుడు పూర్తిగా అభివృద్ధి చెందింది, గర్భం వెలుపల తన జీవితానికి సిద్ధమవుతోంది. ఈ సమయంలో గర్భం రద్దు చేయడం సాధ్యం కాదు. బిడ్డను అనుమతించవలసి ఉంటుంది. బిడ్డ పుట్టాలి’’ అని హైకోర్టు పేర్కొంది.
