Hijab Row: కళాశాలలను తెరవండి, ఏ విద్యార్థి కూడా మతపరమైన దుస్తులు ధరించకూడదని కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలు, తదుపరి విచారణ సోమవారానికి వాయిదా
కర్ణాటకలో కళాశాలలను తెరవాలని ఆదేశిస్తూ హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి బెంచ్ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేస్తుంది. అయితే హిజాబ్ కేసు విచారణలో ఉన్నందున విద్యార్థులను మతపరమైన దుస్తులు ధరించాలని స్కూలు యాజమాన్యం పట్టుబట్టకూడదని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. కాగా సోమవారం మధ్యాహ్నం 2.30 గంటలకు తదుపరి విచారణ కొనసాగనుంది.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సంచలనం రేకెత్తించిన హిజాబ్ వివాదంపై కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. విద్యా సంస్థల మూసివేతపై హైకోర్టు తీర్పునిస్తూ ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ విద్యాసంస్థలు తెరవాలని ఆదేశించింది. ఈ మేరకు మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. అదే సమయంలో తుది తీర్పు వచ్చే వరకూ విద్యార్థులు హిజాబ్-కండువాల ప్రస్తావన తేవొద్దని తెలిపింది.
