పాక్ ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్పై కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా లోక్ సభలో కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. పీఓకే భారత్లో అంతర్భాగమేనని ప్రకటించారు. జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ అసెంబ్లీలో పీఓకేకు ప్రత్యేక స్థానాలు కూడా కేటాయించారు. పీఓకేకు 24 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలు కేటాయించినట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు
పాక్ ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్పై కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా లోక్ సభలో కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. పీఓకే భారత్లో అంతర్భాగమేనని ప్రకటించారు. జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ అసెంబ్లీలో పీఓకేకు 24 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలు కేటాయించినట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు. జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్ (సవరణ) బిల్లు-2023, జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణ బిల్లు-2023పై పార్లమెంట్లో కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా ప్రసంగించారు.
అన్యాయం జరిగిన వారికి న్యాయం చేకూర్చడానికి మాత్రమే ఈ బిల్లులను తీసుకువచ్చినట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు. అణగారిని వారిని పైకి తీసుకురావడమే రాజ్యాంగ మూల సూత్రమని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇంతకుముందు జమ్మూలో 37 సీట్లు ఉంటే ఇప్పుడు 43 ఉన్నాయి. ఇంతకుముందు కాశ్మీర్లో 46, ఇప్పుడు 47, పీఓకే మాది కాబట్టి పీఓకేలో 24 సీట్లు రిజర్వ్ చేయబడ్డాయని తెలిపారు.
