ఏలూరు జిల్లాలో ఘోర విషాదకర ఘటన చోటు చేసుకుంది. పెదవేగి మండలం కవ్వగుంట గ్రామంలో పందెంలో పాల్గొనే కోడిపుంజుకు ఈత కొట్టిస్తుండగా ప్రమాదవశాత్తు తండ్రి, ఇద్దరు కుమారులు చెరువులో పడి మృతి చెందారు. ఈ ఘటనలో తండ్రి, ఓ కుమారుడి మృతదేహం లభ్యం కాగా మరో కుమారుడి మృతదేహం కోసం గాలిస్తున్నారు.
