ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్లోని ఘజియాబాద్లో బైక్పై వచ్చిన ఇద్దరు దుండగులు యువతి మొబైల్ను లాక్కునే ప్రయత్నంలో ఆమెను బయటకు లాగడంతో ఆటో రిక్షా నుండి పడి 21 ఏళ్ల మహిళ ఆసుపత్రిలో మరణించింది. ఈ సంఘటన యొక్క CCTV వీడియో ఇప్పుడు ఆన్లైన్లో కనిపించింది, ఇందులో బైక్పై వచ్చిన ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తులు ఆమె మొబైల్ ఫోన్ను దొంగిలించడానికి కదులుతున్న ఆటో రిక్షా నుండి కళాశాల విద్యార్థిని లాగడం చూడవచ్చు. ఈమెను కీర్తి సింగ్గా గుర్తించారు. కళాశాల విద్యార్థిని రోడ్డుపై పడిపోవడంతో తలకు బలమైన గాయాలు తగిలి చివరికి ఆమె మరణానికి దారితీసింది. అక్టోబరు 28న పట్టపగలు ఈ సంఘటన జరిగింది. మరుసటి రోజు పోలీసు ఎన్కౌంటర్లో ఇద్దరు అనుమానితుల్లో ఒకరు కాల్చి చంపబడ్డారు.
