ప్రైవేట్ కోచింట్ సెంటర్లో ఐఈఎల్టీఎస్కు శిక్షణ పొందుతున్న హర్మన్ప్రీత్ సింగ్ ఈ నెల 26న సుల్తాన్పూర్ ప్రాంతంలోని రోడ్డుపై నిల్చొని ఉన్నాడు. టీచర్ బల్జీందర్ సింగ్ ఆ విద్యార్థి పట్ల క్రూరంగా ప్రవర్తించాడు. కారును వేగంగా నడిపి హర్మన్ప్రీత్ సింగ్ను ఢీకొట్టాడు. కారు బానెట్పై పడి ప్రమాదకరంగా వేలాడిన విద్యార్థిని పది కిలోమీటర్ల దూరం వరకు డ్రైవ్ చేశాడు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విద్యార్థి హర్మన్ప్రీత్ సింగ్ గాయపడ్డాడు.ఫిర్యాదు అందుకున్న పోలీసులు ఈ సంఘటనపై కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు.
