New Parliament Building Inauguration: రాష్ట్రపతే కొత్త పార్లమెంట్ను ప్రారంభించాలని పిల్, మేం జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమని కొట్టేసిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు
పార్లమెంట్ నూతన భవనం ప్రారంభోత్సవంపై దాఖలైన ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యాన్ని సుప్రీం కోర్టు శుక్రవారం కొట్టేసింది. ప్రధాని మోదీ చేతుల మీదుగా కాకుండా.. రాష్ట్రపతి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభింపజేసేలా లోక్సభ సెక్రటేరియెట్, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాలను ఆదేశించాలని కోరుతూ ఓ న్యాయవాది పిల్ దాఖలు చేశారు. అయితే.. ఇందులో జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమంటూ పిల్ను కొట్టేసింది సుప్రీం కోర్టు.
