మైనర్‌ భార్యతో శృంగారంలో పాల్గొనడం అత్యాచారం కిందకే వస్తుంది. ఈ మేరకు బాంబే హైకోర్టు నాగపూర్‌ బెంచ్‌ సంచలన తీర్పు చెప్పింది. శృంగారానికి అంగీకారం తెలిపేందుకు కనీస వయసు 18 ఏండ్లు ఉండాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా కోర్టు పేర్కొన్నది.
Newdelhi, Nov 16: మైనర్‌ భార్యతో (Minor Wife) శృంగారంలో పాల్గొనడం అత్యాచారం (Rape) కిందకే వస్తుంది. ఈ మేరకు బాంబే హైకోర్టు నాగపూర్‌ బెంచ్‌ సంచలన తీర్పు చెప్పింది. శృంగారానికి అంగీకారం తెలిపేందుకు కనీస వయసు 18 ఏండ్లు ఉండాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా కోర్టు పేర్కొన్నది. మహారాష్ట్రలోని వార్దాకు చెందిన ఓ వ్యక్తి(24)పై మైనర్‌ అయిన అతడి భార్య పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది. ఈ కేసులో సెషన్స్‌ కోర్టు అతడికి పదేండ్ల జైలు శిక్ష విధించింది. ఈ తీర్పును సవాల్‌ చేస్తూ సదరు వ్యక్తి బాంబే హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాడు. వాదనలు విన్న ధర్మాసనం పై వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది.
