ఫుడ్ డెలివరీ యాప్‌లు జొమాటో, స్విగ్గీ డౌన్‌ అయ్యాయి. బుధవారం మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటల సమయంలో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పలు నగరాల్లో ఈ యాప్‌లు పని చేయలేదు. అమెజాన్‌ వెబ్‌ సర్వీసెస్‌ ఫ్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌పై పనిచేసే వెబ్‌సైట్లకు సాంకేతిక సమస్యలు వచ్చినట్లు సమాచారం. దీంతో జొమాటో, స్విగ్గీ వినియోగదారులు సుమారు అర గంట సేపు ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొన్నారు. ఫుడ్ ఆర్డర్లు బుక్‌ కాకపోవడంపై పలువురు ఆయా సంస్థల కస్టమర్‌ కేర్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. మరోవైపు సాంకేతిక సమస్య వల్ల వినియోగదారులకు కలిగిన అసౌకర్యానికి ఫుడ్ డెలివరీ యాప్‌లు జొమాటో, స్విగ్గీ క్షమాపణ తెలిపాయి.
