Pune, May 14: మహారాష్ట్రలో (Maharastra) కొవిడ్ (Covid) కలకలం రేపుతుంది. ఒమిక్రాన్ ఉపరకం కేపీ.2 వేరియేంట్ కు సంబంధించి 91 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. ఇందులో 51 కేసులు పూణేలోనే రికార్డయ్యాయి. ఈమేరకు స్టేట్ జీనోమ్ సీక్వెన్సింగ్ కో-ఆర్డినేటర్ డాక్టర్ రాజేష్ తెలిపారు. మహారాష్ట్రలో నమోదైన ఓమిక్రాన్ యొక్క JN.1, KP.2 మరియు KP.1.1 సబ్-వేరియంట్లకు అదనం. KP.2 మరియు KP.1.1 రెండూ JN.1 యొక్క ఉప-వంశాలు అని ఆయన అన్నారు.
థానేలో 20 KP.2 సబ్-వేరియంట్ ఒమిక్రాన్ కేసులు, అమరావతి మరియు ఛత్రపతి శంభాజీ నగర్లలో ఏడు, షోలాపూర్లో రెండు మరియు సాంగ్లీ, లాతూర్, అహ్మద్నగర్ మరియు నాసిక్లలో ఒక్కొక్కటి చొప్పున నమోదయ్యాయని ఆయన తెలిపారు. మహారాష్ట్రలో సోమవారం ముంబై మరియు పూణె నగరంలో ఒక్కొక్కటి మూడు కోవిడ్-19 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయని ఆరోగ్య శాఖ తెలిపింది.
