Lucknow, Jan 16: యూపీలోని (UP) కాన్పూర్ లో ఘోరం జరిగింది. ఫ్రీగా పానీపూరీ (Panipuri) ఇవ్వలేదని దుకాణదారుడు ప్రేమ్ చంద్ ను కొందరు దుండగులు విచక్షణారహితంగా కొట్టారు. దీంతో బాధితుడు మరణించారు. కేసు నమోదు చేసిన పోలీసులు నిందితులను అరెస్టు చేశారు.
