ఒడిశాలోని కటక్ లో దారుణం జరిగింది. ఓ యువకుడి చేతుల్ని తాడుతో కట్టేసి రెండు కిలోమీటర్ల దూరం అతన్ని స్కూటర్‌తో లాక్కెళ్లారు. ఈ ఘటనకు చెందిన సమాచారం తమకు రాత్రి 11 గంటలకు అందినట్లు కటక్ డీసీపీ పినాక్‌ మిశ్రా తెలిపారు. నిందితుల్ని, బాధితుడిని గుర్తించామని పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
