UPI Payments:డిసెంబర్‌లో రికార్డు స్థాయిలో రూ.12.82 లక్షల కోట్లకు చేరుకున్న యూపీఐ చెల్లింపులు, ఇప్పటివరకు రూ. 782 కోట్ల లావాదేవీలు

యూనిఫైడ్ పేమెంట్స్ ఇంటర్‌ఫేస్ (యూపీఐ) ద్వారా జరిగిన చెల్లింపులు డిసెంబర్‌లో రికార్డు స్థాయిలో రూ.12.82 లక్షల కోట్లకు చేరుకున్నాయి. 2016లో ప్రారంభించబడిన ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లో వాల్యూమ్ పరంగా రూ. 782 కోట్ల లావాదేవీలు జరిగాయి. దేశంలో డిజిటల్ చెల్లింపుల విప్లవాన్ని తీసుకురావడంలో UPI ప్రధాన సహకారం అందించింది. డిసెంబర్ 2022లో 12.82 ట్రిలియన్ల విలువైన 7.82 బిలియన్ లావాదేవీలను దాటిందని ఆర్థిక సేవల విభాగం సోమవారం ఒక ట్వీట్‌లో తెలిపింది. UPI ద్వారా చెల్లింపులు ఈ ఏడాది అక్టోబర్‌లో రూ. 12 లక్షల కోట్ల మార్కును దాటాయి. ప్రారంభించినప్పటి నుంచి నవంబర్‌ వరకు UPI ద్వారా రూ.11.90 లక్షల కోట్ల విలువైన 730.9 కోట్ల లావాదేవీలు జరిగాయి.
