చైనా ఈస్టర్న్ ఎయిర్లైన్స్కు చెందిన బోయింగ్ 737 విమానం వుజౌ నగరానికి సమీపంలోని గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలోని కొండల్లో కూలిపోయింది. దీంతో భారీగా అగ్నికీలలు, దట్టంగా పొగలు ఎగసిపడినట్లు చైనా అధికార మీడియా సీసీటీవీ తెలిపింది. అందులో 133 మంది ప్రయాణిస్తున్నారు. ఆ ప్రాంతంలో అత్యవసర పరిస్థితిని ప్రకటించిన అధికారులు వెంటనే రెస్క్యూ ఆపరేషన్ చేపట్టినట్లు పేర్కొంది.

A China Eastern Airlines aircraft carrying 133 passengers from Kunming to Guangzhou had an "accident" in the region of Guangxi & caused a fire on the mountains. The jet involved in the accident was a Boeing 737 aircraft & the number of casualties wasn't immediately known: Reuters
