ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రం అరుణాచల్ ప్రదేశ్లో (Arunachal Pradesh) స్వల్ప భూకంపం (Earthquake) వచ్చింది. సోమవారం ఉదయం 8.15 గంటలకు ఛాంగ్లాంగ్లో (Changlang) భూమి కంపించింది. రిక్టర్ స్కేలుపై దాని తీవ్రత 4.5గా నమోదయిందని నేషనల్ సెంటర్ ఫర్ సీస్మోలజీ (NCS) వెల్లడించింది.
