మిస్ నెద‌ర్లాండ్స్(Miss Netherlands) టైటిల్‌ను తొలిసారి ఓ ట్రాన్స్‌జెండ‌ర్ మ‌హిళ రిక్కీ వ‌లేరి కొల్లే గెలుచుకున్న‌ది. అంద‌గ‌త్తెల పోటీల్లో ట్రాన్స్‌జెండ‌ర్ మ‌హిళ ఆ టైటిల్‌ను ద‌క్కించుకోవ‌డం చ‌రిత్ర‌లో ఇదే మొద‌టిసారి. 22 ఏళ్ల రిక్కీ పోటీల్లో మేటి మోడ‌ల్స్‌ను ఓడించింది. ఆమ‌స్ట‌ర్‌డామ్‌లో జ‌రిగిన కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో మోడ‌ల్ రిక్కీ విజేత‌గా నిలిచింది. దీంతో ఎల్ సాల్వ‌డార్‌లో జ‌ర‌గ‌నున్న 72వ మిస్ యూనివ‌ర్స్ పోటీల‌కు ఆమె ఎంపికైంది. టైటిల్ గెలిచిన త‌ర్వాత ఆమె త‌న ఇన్‌స్టాగ్రామ్‌లో సంతోషాన్ని వ్య‌క్తం చేసింది. గ‌ర్వంగా, ఆనందంగా ఉన్న‌ట్లు ఆమె పేర్కొన్న‌ది. ఆ సంతోషాన్ని వ‌ర్ణించ‌లేన‌ని చెప్పింది.
