బీహార్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (బీపీఎస్సీ) పరీక్షలు రద్దు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్పై జన్ సురాజ్ చీఫ్ ప్రశాంత్ కిషోర్ చేపట్టిన నిరాహార దీక్షను పాట్నా పోలీసులు సోమవారం తెల్లవారుజామున భగ్నం చేశారు. ఆయనపై ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ నమోదైనందున అరెస్టు చేసి కోర్టు ముందు హాజరుపరిచారు. తాజాగా పాట్నా సివిల్ కోర్టు 14 రోజుల జ్యుడిషియల్ కస్టడీ విధించింది.
బీహార్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (బీపీఎస్సీ) పరీక్షలు రద్దు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్పై జన్ సురాజ్ చీఫ్ ప్రశాంత్ కిషోర్ చేపట్టిన నిరాహార దీక్షను పాట్నా పోలీసులు సోమవారం తెల్లవారుజామున భగ్నం చేశారు. ఆయనపై ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ నమోదైనందున అరెస్టు చేసి కోర్టు ముందు హాజరుపరిచారు. తాజాగా పాట్నా సివిల్ కోర్టు 14 రోజుల జ్యుడిషియల్ కస్టడీ విధించింది. కోర్టు బెయిలు మంజూరు చేసినప్పటికీ ష్యూరిటీ బాండ్ ఇచ్చేందుకు పీకే నిరాకరించారు.
దీంతో ఆయనను జ్యుడిషియల్ కస్టడీలోకి తీసుకోవాలని కోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. దీనిపై ప్రశాంత్ కిషోర్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. కోర్టు తనకు బెయిలు మంజూరు చేసినప్పటికీ, ఎలాంటి తప్పిదాలు చేయరాదని ఆ ఆదేశాల్లో రాసి ఉందని, దీంతో బెయిల్ ఆర్డర్ను తోసిపుచ్చానని, జైలుకు వెళ్లేందుకు అంగీకరించానని తెలిపారు. కాగా గత ఏడాది డిసెంబర్ 13న నిర్వహించిన బీపీఎస్సీ పరీక్షలు రద్దు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్పై జనవరి 2 నుంచి ప్రశాంత్ కిషోర్ ఆమరణ నిరాహార దీక్షకు దిగారు.
