తెలంగాణ సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి హైదరాబాదులో నేటి సాయంత్రం తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించారు. సచివాలయం ప్రాంగణంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన 20 అడుగుల కాంస్య విగ్రహాన్ని ఆయన ఆవిష్కరించారు. వేదమంత్రాల సాక్షిగా సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి విగ్రహాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించారు. విగ్రహావిష్కరణ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలంగాణ గేయ రచయిత అందెశ్రీని సీఎం సన్మానించారు.

గుండుపూసలు, హారం, ముక్కుపుడక, ఆకుపచ్చ చీర, కడియాలు, మెట్టెలతో పాటు చాకలి ఐలమ్మ, సమ్మక్క-సారక్క పోరాట స్ఫూర్తితో తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహాన్ని రూపొందించారు. వరి, జొన్న, సజ్జలు, మొక్కజొన్న కంకులు తెలంగాణ తల్లి చేతిలో పొందుపరిచారు. తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహావిష్కరణకు పెద్ద ఎత్తున ప్రజలు హాజరయ్యారు. సచివాలయం, ట్యాంక్ బండ్ పరిసరాలు జనసముద్రంగా మారాయి.
