యూపీ మదర్సా ఎడ్యుకేషన్ చట్టం రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమేనని సుప్రీంకోర్టు (Supreme Court) కీలకతీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఈ చట్టాన్ని సమర్థించిన అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. గతంలో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును కొట్టివేసింది. కాగా ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ మదర్సా చట్టం రాజ్యాంగ వ్యతిరేకమని పేర్కొంటూ గతంలో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు దానిని రద్దు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
యూపీ మదర్సా ఎడ్యుకేషన్ చట్టం రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమేనని సుప్రీంకోర్టు (Supreme Court) కీలకతీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఈ చట్టాన్ని సమర్థించిన అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. గతంలో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును కొట్టివేసింది. కాగా ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ మదర్సా చట్టం రాజ్యాంగ వ్యతిరేకమని పేర్కొంటూ గతంలో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు దానిని రద్దు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. దాంతో ఈ అంశం సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు చేరింది. ఇది రాజ్యంగ విరుద్దమంటూ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు సరైనది కాదని తెలిపింది. ఈ తీర్పు 10వేల మదర్సా టీచర్లు, 17 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తుపైనా ప్రభావం చూపుతోందని అప్పట్లో పేర్కొంది. ప్రస్తుత తీర్పుతో 16వేల మదర్సాల కార్యకలాపాలు యథావిధిగా కొనసాగనున్నాయి.
