అంగీకారంతో మైనర్ భార్య(18 ఏళ్లలోపు) తో భర్త శృంగారంలో పాల్గొన్నా అత్యాచారమేనని బాంబే హైకోర్టు తీర్పును వెలువరించింది.అతనికి చట్టపరమైన రక్షణ ఉండదని స్పష్టం చేసింది. నిందితునికి కోర్టు విధించిన 10 ఏళ్ల జైలు శిక్షను ధర్మాసనం సమర్థించింది.
