దీంతో సదరు మహిళపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముంబయి ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీసులను కోరారు. బాధిత క్యాబ్ డ్రైవర్ వెంటనే సమీప పోలీస్ స్టేషన్కు వెళ్లి ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలని నెటిజన్లు సూచించారు. వైరల్ వీడియోపై ముంబై ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీసులు స్పందిస్తూ, " సంఘటన జరిగిన సమీపంలోని పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో ఈ విషయాన్ని నివేదించమని మిమ్మల్ని అభ్యర్థిస్తున్నాను " అని ట్వీట్ చేశారు.
