లోక్సభలో కేంద్రం జమిలి బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ‘ఒకే దేశం.. ఒకే ఎన్నిక’ పేరుతో తేనున్న 129వ రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లును సభలో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన కేంద్ర న్యాయ శాఖ మంత్రి అర్జున్ రామ్ మేఘ్వాల్ జమిలి బిల్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. జమిలి ఎన్నికల బిల్లును కాంగ్రెస్, సమాజ్ వాదీ పార్టీ, తృణమూల్ కాంగ్రెస్ ఎంపీలు వ్యతిరేకించారు
