Women's U19 T20 World Cup: అండర్ -19 మహిళల టీ20 విజేత భారత్.. ఫైనల్లో దక్షిణాఫ్రికాను ఓడించిన భారత్, తెలుగమ్మాయి గొంగడి త్రిష ఆల్‌రౌండ్ షో

అండర్ -19 మహిళల టీ20 వరల్డ్ కప్ ఫైనల్లో భారత్ జట్టు విజయం సాధించింది( Women's U19 T20 World Cup). దక్షిణాఫ్రికాతో జరిగిన ఫైనల్ మ్యాచ్‌లో 9 వికెట్ల తేడాతో గెలుపొందింది భారత్.

దక్షిణాఫ్రికా విధించిన 82 పరుగుల టార్గెట్‌ను భారత్ 11.2 ఓవర్లలోనే ఒక వికెట్ మాత్రమే కొల్పోయి చేధించింది. బౌలింగ్ లో మూడు వికెట్లు బ్యాటింగ్ 44 పరుగులతో నాటౌట్ గా నిలిచిన తెలుగమ్మాయి గొంగిడి త్రిష(Trisha Gongadi)కు ప్లేయర్ ఆఫ్ ది మ్యాచ్ అవార్డు దక్కింది.

ఇక అంతకముందు తొలుత బ్యాటింగ్ చేసిన దక్షిణాఫ్రికా 82 పరుగులు మాత్రమే చేసింది. దక్షిణాఫ్రికా జట్టులో వాన్ వూరస్ట్ (23) ఒక్కరే టాప్ స్కోరర్ గా నిలిచింది.
