హైదరాబాద్లోని పంజాగుట్ట పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో తనపై నమోదైన ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ను క్వాష్ చేయాలని బీఆర్ఎస్ సీనియర్ ఎమ్మెల్యే హరీశ్ రావు హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. సిద్దిపేట జిల్లా కేంద్రానికి చెందిన రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారి, కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు చక్రధర్ గౌడ్ ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదు మేరకు పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారని అందులో పేర్కొన్నారు.
హైదరాబాద్లోని పంజాగుట్ట పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో తనపై నమోదైన ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ను క్వాష్ చేయాలని బీఆర్ఎస్ సీనియర్ ఎమ్మెల్యే హరీశ్ రావు హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. సిద్దిపేట జిల్లా కేంద్రానికి చెందిన రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారి, కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు చక్రధర్ గౌడ్ ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదు మేరకు పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారని అందులో పేర్కొన్నారు.
చక్రధర్ గౌడ్ ఫిర్యాదుతో హరీశ్ రావుతో పాటు రిటైర్డ్ పోలీస్ అధికారి రాధాకిషన్ రావుపై పంజాగుట్ట పోలీసులు వివిధ సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసును నమోదు చేశారు. హరీశ్ రావుపై చక్రధర్ గౌడ్ ఫోన్ ట్యాపింగ్ ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో తన ఫోన్తో పాటు తన కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు చెందిన ఇరవై ఫోన్లను ప్రణీత్ రావు సాయంతో ట్యాప్ చేశారని చక్రధర్ గౌడ్ ఆరోపించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పంజాగుట్టలో ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ నమోదైంది.
