దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా దీపావళి వేడుకలు ఘనంగా ప్రారంభం అయ్యాయి. ఇక జమ్మూ కాశ్మీర్ నియంత్రణ రేఖ (ఎల్ఓసి) వెంబడి భారత ఆర్మీ సైనికులు క్రాకర్లు పేల్చి మట్టి దీపాలను వెలిగించి దీపావళి వేడుకలను జరుపుకున్నారు.
