హెచ్ఎంపీవీ (హ్యూమన్ మెటాన్యూమా వైరస్) కేసులు భారత్ లో వెలుగు చూసిన నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్ర వైద్య, ఆరోగ్య శాఖ మంత్రి జేపీ నడ్డా స్పందించారు. హెచ్ఎంపీవీ వైరస్ పై ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందనక్కర్లేదని అన్నారు. ఇదేమీ కొత్త వైరస్ కాదని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారని వెల్లడించారు.
హెచ్ఎంపీవీ (హ్యూమన్ మెటాన్యూమా వైరస్) కేసులు భారత్ లో వెలుగు చూసిన నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్ర వైద్య, ఆరోగ్య శాఖ మంత్రి జేపీ నడ్డా స్పందించారు. హెచ్ఎంపీవీ వైరస్ పై ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందనక్కర్లేదని అన్నారు. ఇదేమీ కొత్త వైరస్ కాదని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారని వెల్లడించారు. 2001లోనే హెచ్ఎంపీవీ వైరస్ ను గుర్తించారని వివరించారు. అయినప్పటికీ, ఈ వైరస్ పట్ల అప్రమత్తంగానే ఉన్నామని నడ్డా స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఎలాంటి పరిస్థితులనైనా ఎదుర్కొనేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ హెచ్ఎంపీవీ వైరస్ అంశాన్ని ప్రపంచ ఆరోగ్య సంస్థ (డబ్ల్యూహెచ్ఓ) కూడా పరిశీలిస్తోందని తెలిపారు. దేశంలో హెచ్ఎంపీవీ కేసులపై ఐసీఎంఆర్ సమీక్షిస్తోందని అన్నారు. చైనా సహా పొరుగు దేశాల్లో పరిస్థితిని గమనిస్తున్నామని నడ్డా చెప్పారు.
