కర్నాటకలోని మాండ్యలోని హోసహళ్లిలో మకర సంక్రాంతి వేడుకల సందర్భంగా ఓ ఎద్దు ముగ్గురు వ్యక్తులను నేలకూల్చిన విషాదకర ఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. మకరసంక్రాంతి రోజు సాయంత్రం ఆవులు, ఎద్దులను మండే అగ్నిగుండంపైకి పంపించే సంప్రదాయ ఆచారంలో భాగంగా ఈ సంఘటన జరిగింది.
కర్నాటకలోని మాండ్యలోని హోసహళ్లిలో మకర సంక్రాంతి వేడుకల సందర్భంగా ఓ ఎద్దు ముగ్గురు వ్యక్తులను నేలకూల్చిన విషాదకర ఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. మకరసంక్రాంతి రోజు సాయంత్రం ఆవులు, ఎద్దులను మండే అగ్నిగుండంపైకి పంపించే సంప్రదాయ ఆచారంలో భాగంగా ఈ సంఘటన జరిగింది. వార్తా సంస్థ IANS భాగస్వామ్యం చేసిన వీడియోలో, ఒక ఎద్దు, మంటలను దాటిన తర్వాత, అదుపు చేయలేక మనుషులపై దాడి చేసింది.

ఈ ఘటనలో ఇద్దరు గాయపడ్డారు. వారు తీవ్ర గాయాలతో అస్పత్రిలో చేరారు. ఎద్దు యజమాని దానిని నియంత్రించేందుకు శత విధాలా ప్రయత్నించినప్పటికీ ఫలితం లేకుండా పోయింది. ఎద్దును అదుపు చేయలేకపోవడంతో పరిస్థితి చేయిదాటిపోయింది. అది పరిగెత్తుతూ మనుషుల మీదకు వెళ్లడంతో పెను విషాద ప్రమాదానికి దారితీసింది.
