నేపాల్ లో బుద్ధ ఎయిర్లైన్స్కు చెందిన విమానం (Buddha Air Flight) ఇంజిన్లో మంటలు చెలరేగాయి. దీంతో విమానాన్ని కాఠ్మాండూ ఎయిర్పోర్ట్లో అత్యవసరంగా ల్యాండ్ చేశారు.
నేపాల్ లో బుద్ధ ఎయిర్లైన్స్కు చెందిన విమానం (Buddha Air Flight) ఇంజిన్లో మంటలు చెలరేగాయి. దీంతో విమానాన్ని కాఠ్మాండూ ఎయిర్పోర్ట్లో అత్యవసరంగా ల్యాండ్ చేశారు. బుద్ధ ఎయిర్లైన్స్ విమానం సోమవారం సిబ్బంది సహా మొత్తం 76 మంది ప్రయాణికులతో నేపాల్ రాజధాని ఖాట్మాండు (Kathmandu)లోని త్రిభువన్ అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం నుంచి భద్రాపూర్కు బయల్దేరింది. అయితే, విమానం గాల్లోకి ఎగిరిన కొద్దిసేపటికే సాంకేతిక సమస్య తలెత్తింది.

ఎడమవైపు ఇంజిన్లో మంటలు చెలరేగాయి. అప్రమత్తమైన పైలట్ ఈ విషయాన్ని వెంటనే అధికారులకు తెలియజేశారు. అనంతరం విమానాన్ని త్రిభువన్ ఎయిర్పోర్ట్కు మళ్లించి అక్కడ సేఫ్గా ల్యాండ్ చేశారు. దీంతో అంతా ఊపిరి పీల్చుకున్నారు. ఈ ఘటనపై ఎయిర్లైన్స్ స్పందించింది. విమానం ఇంజిన్లో సాంకేతిక సమస్య తలెత్తినట్లు వివరించింది. మా సాంకేతిక బృందం ప్రస్తుతం విమానాన్ని తనిఖీ చేస్తోంది. మరో విమానంలో ప్రయాణికులను భద్రాపూర్కు పంపించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నాం’ అని బుద్ధ ఎయిర్లైన్స్ ఎక్స్ వేదికగా తెలిపింది.
