DPDP Rules: ఖాతాలను మూడేండ్లు వాడకుంటే యూజర్ల డాటా తొలగించాల్సిందే.. ఆన్ లైన్ వేదికలకు కేంద్రం కొత్త నిబంధనలు
యూజర్ల వ్యక్తిగత డాటా తొలగింపు, ఆన్ లైన్ సేవలకు సంబంధించి కేంద్రం కీలక నిబంధనల్ని తీసుకురాబోతున్నది. యూజర్ల ఖాతాలు మూడేండ్లపాటు క్రియారహితంగా (ఇనాక్టివ్) ఉంటే, యూజర్ల వ్యక్తిగత డాటాను ఆన్ లైన్ వేదికలు శాశ్వతంగా తొలగించే విధంగా నిబంధనలకు రూపకల్పన చేసింది.
Hyderabad, Dec 29: యూజర్ల వ్యక్తిగత డాటా (Personal Data) తొలగింపు, ఆన్ లైన్ సేవలకు (Online Services) సంబంధించి కేంద్రం కీలక నిబంధనల్ని తీసుకురాబోతున్నది. యూజర్ల ఖాతాలు మూడేండ్లపాటు క్రియారహితంగా (ఇనాక్టివ్) ఉంటే, యూజర్ల వ్యక్తిగత డాటాను ఆన్ లైన్ వేదికలు శాశ్వతంగా తొలగించే విధంగా నిబంధనలకు రూపకల్పన చేసింది. 18 ఏండ్లలోపు వారి విషయంలోనూ తల్లిదండ్రుల నుంచి అనుమతి తీసుకున్నాకే, వారికి ఆన్ లైన్ సేవలను వర్తింపజేయాలన్న నిబంధనను తీసుకువస్తున్నది. డిజిటల్ పర్సనల్ డాటా ప్రొటెక్షన్ (డీపీడీపీ) యాక్ట్ లో ఈ ముసాయిదా నిబంధనలను చేర్చింది. వీటిని ఇంకా విడుదల చేయాల్సి ఉన్నది. డీపీడీపీ చట్టానికి ఈ ఏడాది ఆగస్టులోనే పార్లమెంట్ ఆమోదం లభించినప్పటికీ పలు క్లాజులకు అదనపు నిబంధనలు జోడించారు.
