లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు ప్రభుత్వం పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌పై ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకాన్ని లీటరుకు రూ.2 తగ్గించి ప్రజలకు కొంత ఊరటనిచ్చింది. ఈ తగ్గింపు మార్చి 15, 2024 ఉదయం 6 గంటల నుండి వర్తిస్తుంది. ఈ తగ్గింపు తర్వాత దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ ధరలు లీటరుకు రూ.2 తగ్గనున్నాయి.
లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు ప్రభుత్వం పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌పై ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకాన్ని లీటరుకు రూ.2 తగ్గించి ప్రజలకు కొంత ఊరటనిచ్చింది. ఈ తగ్గింపు మార్చి 15, 2024 ఉదయం 6 గంటల నుండి వర్తిస్తుంది. ఈ తగ్గింపు తర్వాత దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ ధరలు లీటరుకు రూ.2 తగ్గనున్నాయి. అంటే ఇప్పుడు పెట్రోలు, డీజిల్ కోసం రెండు రూపాయలు వెచ్చించాల్సి వస్తుంది. పెట్రోలు, డీజిల్ ధరలను రూ.2 తగ్గించడం ద్వారా కోట్లాది భారతీయుల కుటుంబ సంక్షేమం, సౌలభ్యమే తన ధ్యేయమని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ మరోసారి నిరూపించుకున్నారని కేంద్ర మంత్రి హర్దీప్ పూరీ ట్వీట్ చేశారు.
