PIL on New Parliament Building Inauguration: కొత్త పార్లమెంట్ భవనంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పిల్, రాష్ట్రపతి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభించాలని డిమాండ్ చేసిన పిటిషనర్
కొత్త పార్లమెంట్ భవనాన్ని రాష్ట్రపతి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పిల్ దాఖలైంది. లోక్సభ సెక్రటేరియట్ ప్రారంభోత్సవానికి రాష్ట్రపతిని ఆహ్వానించకుండా రాజ్యాంగాన్ని ఉల్లంఘించిందని పిటిషనర్ పేర్కొన్నారు.
కొత్త పార్లమెంట్ భవనాన్ని రాష్ట్రపతి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పిల్ దాఖలైంది. లోక్సభ సెక్రటేరియట్ ప్రారంభోత్సవానికి రాష్ట్రపతిని ఆహ్వానించకుండా రాజ్యాంగాన్ని ఉల్లంఘించిందని పిటిషనర్ పేర్కొన్నారు. కొత్త పార్లమెంటు భవనానికి సంబంధించి దేశంలో రాజకీయాలు రగులుతున్నాయి. కొత్త పార్లమెంట్ భవనాన్ని రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రారంభించాలని ప్రతిపక్షాలు డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాయి. ఈ డిమాండ్కు సంబంధించి మే 28న నిర్వహించనున్న కార్యక్రమాన్ని బహిష్కరించాలని పలు రాజకీయ పార్టీల నేతలు నిర్ణయించారు. మే 28న దేశ నూతన పార్లమెంట్ భవనాన్ని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రారంభించనున్నారు.
