Newdelhi, Feb 13: పోటీ పరీక్షలు, నియామకాల్లో పేపర్ లీక్ (Paper Leak) కేసులు, స్కామ్ లు (Scams) ఎక్కువగా నమోదవుతుండడం పట్ల ఉత్తరాఖండ్ (Uttarakhand) ప్రభుత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. పరీక్షల్లో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడేవారికి జీవితఖైదు (Life Imprisonment) తప్పదని ఆ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి పుష్కర్ సింగ్ ధామి హెచ్చరించారు. కనీసం 10 సంవత్సరాలకు తగ్గకుండా శిక్షలు ఉంటాయని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఇలాంటి కేసుల్లో పట్టుబడినవారికి జైలు శిక్షలే కాకుండా, వారి ఆస్తులు కూడా స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంటామని పేర్కొన్నారు. దీనిపై ప్రభుత్వం ఆర్డినెన్స్ తీసుకురాగా, గవర్నర్ ఆమోదం కూడా లభించింది.
