M.S. Gill Passes Away: మాజీ ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్ ఎంఎస్ గిల్ కన్నుమూత, విచారం వ్యక్తం చేసిన కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం
మాజీ ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్(సీఈసీ) మనోహర్సింగ్ గిల్(86) ఆదివారం కన్నుమూశారు. కొంతకాలంగా అనారోగ్యంతో బాధపడుతున్న ఆయన ఢిల్లీలోని ఓ ఆసుపత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతూ మృతిచెందారు. 1958 బ్యాచ్ ఐఏఎస్ ఆఫీసర్ అయిన గిల్ 1996 డిసెంబర్ నుంచి 2001 జూన్ వరకు 11వ సీఈసీగా సేవలందించారు.
